Limited seven inch vinyl pressing. "I released the original 12" volume of Five Fingers Of Death Battle Breaks way back in 1998, while I was living in Oakland and then San Francisco during a time of incredible movement and creativity within the suddenly exploding Scratch DJ scene. The term turntablist, coined by DJ Disk, had yet to really catch on outside of the Bay Area scratch fraternity. Having recently moved to California from New York, Paul's turntable aesthetics were strictly '80s East Coast and was more concerned with "catching doubles" (beat juggling) and overall party rocking. In other words, the science of scratching was not something I was even contemplating. Needless to say, I was completely amazed and overwhelmed with what DJs like QBert, Shortcut, Apollo and Mixmaster Mike were doing. It was also around this time that I had discovered that these guys were giving a lot of play to an independently pressed beat record I had made before leaving NY. "Fists of the White Lotus" was originally on an instrumental EP I did with my mentor Joey T on his Empire Records label (Beats Anonymous Vol.1). I remember when QBert found out I had made that record. His immediate response was, "Holy shit! I love that record!" I said back to him: "Can I quote you on that?" I pressed up the first couple of hundred copies of Five Fingers Of Death Battle Breaks complete with a sticker on the shrinkwrap containing Q's quote. Those first couple of hundred quickly turned into a thousand. Then three thousand. Then before you know it, Volume 2. And 3. And so on. This record now is a nostalgic return to these days for me. The best electric toothbrush ever

Dentists on the tube agree, this is the best clean you can get and at such a low price compared to the others. These heads are durable, they last me like 4 months each, maybe more. Functions great with the vibration levels of the burst and unbeatable battery life.

A Little Color Chaos, but My Teeth Don’t Mind

I grabbed these BURST replacement heads thinking they’d match my toothbrush perfectly — turns out, I’ve created a stylish little mix-and-match masterpiece. My brush now looks like it’s dressed for a rave, but honestly, I kind of love it.
Despite the color confusion, these heads work great. They snap on easily, feel sturdy, and leave my teeth feeling squeaky clean like I just left the dentist (minus the awkward small talk).
they may not match, but they definitely make my smile shine.

UPDATE:Replacement brush DOES NOT FIT well! Customer service difficulties.

I bought a burst toothbrush about seven month ago from Amazon for $99. (Now they are about $70). I subscribed to the burst website so I could have my toothbrush unit under warranty. I’ve been receiving replacement heads from them directly which is slow and spotty. But they did arrive (I replace the heads every two to three months). This week I received my brush head and it did NOT fit the unit. I emailed the company directly and still have not heard what they are going to do. In the meantime I ordered the three pack replacement heads from Amazon since they are quick and reliable on prompt delivery. So again- opened it up and it BARELY FIT. I had to jamb the head onto the unit. I’m honestly not sure if it will come off again. I guess I’ll figure that out in three more months 🤨. The Burst seems like a decent toothbrush- although my hygenist wasn’t sure it’s as good as oralB or sonicare. I frankly got tired of sonicare breaking very quickly and the last one was $200! That’s why I switched. I hope they will resolve this manufacturing problem. I like the unit, it’s gentle on my sensitive gums and it holds a charge a really long time. And to be clear I ordered the BURST heads, not the knockoffs from China. I hope I can continue to be a customer. The prior replacement heads have always worked and went on easily. UPDATE: customer service reached out to me - which I truly appreciate!! After using the head for a few weeks it loosened up (in a good way). Not sure why it was too tight initially- but it’s all good now. I will continue to support Burst 💥 oral care. I added a star ⭐️ to my prior review to reflect the good customer service. They also replaced my first defective head that got me started on this “rant”.
