These leaves are processed the same day to maintain their freshness and transformed into raw materials for Sencha, Gyokuro, and Matcha.
Tenjo is the second-highest grade in Itohkyuemon’s matcha lineup, offering a refined flavor without the harsh bitterness often found in lower grades.
