The Human CCL7 (C-C motif chemokine 7) ELISA Kit measures CCL7 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CCL7 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CCL7 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CCL7 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Shirt Without Buttons

I bought about seven of these shirts. They are soft and very comfortable to wear. However, it appears to be a major quality control issue with these shirts, regardless of the color. The buttons keep falling off the shirt on their own. Even when I wash them in the washing machine, on delicate. And the most frustrating thing about the whole ordeal, I have no extra buttons to replace those that fell off. I have shirts that I have had for years, and the buttons are still on the shirts. What's more, they each have extra buttons, one small and one regular size. I guess since the shirt is made in China, they make money by using low quality thread and not putting any replacement buttons. You be the judge, to buy or not to buy, if you can deal with the buttons coming off and nothing to replace them with. The choice is yours.
