Thorne is a phenomenal company and the only supplements I trust. The reason I rated this so low is the absolutely disgusting flavor. Do yourself a favor and try another option

The flavor โฆโฆitโs tough. Itโs like drinking a sweet TART. Emphasis on tart. No better way to describe . Canโt get past the flavor to make other comments .

Great for recovery
Flavor Name: Berry, Size: 30 Servings (8.0 Ounce) (Pack of 1)
Really helps with post work out recovery. I feel noticeably less sore when I take this after a workout. Definitely prefer the lemon flavor over the berry.
