- 36" smooth, ½" polished steel griddle plate on the left with independent thermostatic control (175 – 550 °F).
- (2) 33,000 BTU open top non-clog burners with removable cast-iron grates—rear grate holds up to a 14" stock pot.
- (2) 45,000 BTU space-saver ovens with battery spark ignition; each ships with a rack and fits full-size pans front-to-back.
- Total output: 220,000 BTU (field convertible for Natural or Propane gas).
- 22 ½" flue riser with heavy-duty shelf keeps plating and garnishes within arm’s reach.
- All-stainless front, sides, shelf & 6" adjustable legs—built for easy wipe-downs and long service life.
- Front-mounted manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator streamline installation.
