At the turn of the twentieth century, Charles Dana Gibson's pen-and-ink drawings of the "American Girl" -- now remembered as the Gibson Girl -- became the national ideal of femininity. This collection of his images of youthful, dynamic women offers an informative and amusing reflection of the era's social life. Sentimental, humorous, and often gently satirical, these images portray the Gibson Girl at the theater, in the drawing room, flirting and courting, vacationing at the beach, and engaging in other genteel pursuits. Several of Gibson's "common man" illustrations provide a contrast, along with a section devoted to one of the artist's best-known and most beloved characters, the curmudgeonly Mr. Pipp. This gallery features more than a hundred carefully selected images from vintage editions. A rich source of royalty-free art, it offers graphic artists, fashion designers, social historians, and nostalgia lovers a lovely and accurate chronicle of a bygone era.

Size: X-Large, Color: Pale Pink
Good quality but a little tight. The collar needs to be better

Exactly what I needed-a good button down inexpensive shirt
Size: Large, Color: White
This is a nice heavier weighted button up. I bought this for me (female) & so far I really like it.

Fabric quality good, Size incorrect
Size: Large, Color: White
The quality of the fabric is good. I like it. Don't like multiple tags, where everyone is moving towards tagless shirts. I had to literally struggle with scissors to remove the big tags on the shoulder. Size wise its little tight-fitting than my liking for formals. I think one size bigger than the standard size would have been better for me. I suggest ordering one size bigger.

Oxford for less
Size: XX-Large, Color: Light Grey
An Oxford for less than 6.00? couldn't believe so I purchased one.. all I can say is that I immediately purchased two more. Fit and fabric outstanding...buy before they're gone.... highly recommend

Surprising
Size: Medium, Color: Light Grey Vertical Stripe
It’s a heavier cotton, but like it very much will wear it in warm temps as well as colder. Was true to size and the small amt. of stretch makes it very comfortable. Shocked at the price,I purchased fully expecting a bit of dissatisfaction.
