Full bodied fruit driven style with characters of dark berry fruit and toasty oak. Dark garnet in colour. Pronounced aromas of dark berry fruit with notes of dried herbs and a touch of oak. A fruit driven and full-bodied wine, displaying notes of blackberries, cherries and wild raspberry. The palate is silky smooth with delicate toasty oak on the lengthy finish. A Pinot Noir made to be enjoyed in its youth but if cellared carefully will grow and mature in complexity for three years or beyond.
