The HighNoon FC (Fender Compatible) is the first Rocky Mounts hitch rack specifically designed to carry bikes with or without fenders. The HighNoon FC offers a stable, frame-free transport system. Its dual strap tire retention system ensures secure loading for a wide variety of bikes, including those equipped with fenders.

- Locking hitch bolt, cable lock, and lock pods included (keyed alike)
- Expandable to 3 bikes with Add-On (2 inch model only, up to 45 lbs per tray)
- 1.25 inch model fits Class II receivers only (not compatible with Add-On or Class I hitches)
- 2 inch model fits Class III receivers only
- Solo version can use the Adapter sleeve to fit 1.25 inch model into 2 inch hitches (Add-On not compatible in this setup)
- Not for use with trailers, towed vehicles, or RVs
