The 2024 vintage in Pavia IGP delivered excellent quality fruit, thanks to a warm, dry growing season that promoted healthy vine development and concentrated flavour. Timely rainfall in late summer helped balance ripening, resulting in wines with vibrant fruit, balanced acidity, and soft tannins. Overall, conditions were ideal for producing expressive, approachable wines that reflect the generous character of the region.
The Pinot Grigio from Pavia IGP is gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromatics and fresh fruit character. The wine is kept on fine lees for a short period to enhance texture and mouthfeel, resulting in a crisp, clean, and vibrant style.
