    Measuring

    Collars have 3 holes. A 14-16" will fit neck 14 to 15.5". A 16-18" will fit 16 to 17.5". Size up if your dog's neck is on the highest number of the range. For example select the 16-18" if your dog's neck is 16".

    Shipping time and manufacturing process

    Inventory kept in our US warehouse ready to ship. Orders delivered within 1 business days to 9 business days depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. 

    Returns and warranty

    30 days from delivery date. Must be returned like new, unworn (returned collars are thoroughly inspected). Warranty is 1 year and covers abnormal breaking or beads falling off under normal wear and tear conditions. Collar will be replaced or repaired according to the issue.
