„Honesuki“ ist ein Messer, das speziell zum Zerlegen ganzer Hähnchen entwickelt wurde. Die spitz zulaufende Klinge ermöglicht es dem Koch, sehr nah am Knochen zu arbeiten und möglichst viel Fleisch zu lösen. Die dreieckige Form im hinteren Klingenbereich eignet sich hervorragend zum Durchtrennen von Knorpel und zum Trennen von Gelenken. The color worked perfectly with my bathroom vanity and mirror trim, and the floating design instantly made the room look more organized and intentional. Huge upgrade for a small space. Definitely recommend if you want functional storage that also looks elevated and minimalist.
