Unser Bio-Schwarzkümmelöl wird aus gereiften, getrockneten Samen der Pflanze Nigella sativa gewonnen. Die Saat stammt aus zertifiziertem Bio-Anbau in Ägypten und wird nach Import in Deutschland durch ein unabhängiges Labor auf Qualität und Reinheit geprüft.

Die Kaltpressung

Unser natives Bio-Schwarzkümmelöl wird mithilfe einer Schneckenpresse hergestellt.
Dieses mechanische Pressverfahren arbeitet unter kontrollierten Temperaturen und ermöglicht eine besonders schonende Gewinnung des Öls.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ohne Raffination oder chemische Behandlung, sodass die charakteristischen Bestandteile des Schwarzkümmels im natürlichen Verbund erhalten bleiben.

Naturtrüb & ungefiltert

Nach der Pressung wird das Öl bewusst nicht filtriert.
Dadurch bleibt es naturtrüb und behält seine typische dunkle, tiefbraune Farbe.
