Fit to Print is a puzzle-like tiling game about current news, designed by Peter McPherson and set in a charming forest world created by Ian O'Toole!

Thistleville is the most vibrant town in the world - it's a challenge to keep up with everything that's happening, from who won first prize for their pastries at the community fair to who's digging in Mrs. Brambleberry's carrot garden.

As an editor at one of the local newspapers, your job is to tell their stories!

The front page has to be finished in a few hours and you don't have time for perfection. Grab the big stories before the other papers get a chance, and make sure you have the right photos too. A newspaper is a business, so the money has to come from somewhere - don't forget the ads! After you've chosen a combination of stories, photos, and ads, it's time to lay out the front page. Have you taken enough tiles to fill the newspaper, but not so many that things have to be deleted? Over three hectic days, your skills will be tested as you compete to be the most newsworthy editor!

Fit to Print is a tile laying game for the whole family. Players simultaneously collect newspaper tiles and stack them on their desks until they think they have what they need to create the perfect front page. Then they shout "Layout!" and they begin to lay out the page by carefully considering the placement of highlights, articles, photos, and advertisements. When everything is just right, they shout "Print" to be the first off the press and get their choice of highlight for the next round! This frantic spatial puzzle features over 100 unique newspaper tiles, 6 characters with their own special abilities, and 3 decks of Breaking News cards - so you solve a new puzzle every time you play!

If real-time games aren't your style, Fit to Print has several alternative game modes to suit every kind of puzzler. In Slo-Mode, players take turns taking tiles from a shared market and arranging them on their front pages. In Puzzle Mode you take a specific set of tiles and lay out the highest scoring arrangements. Whether you want relaxed solo puzzles or frantic action for up to 6 players, you'll have fun helping the animals of Thistleville tell their stories!

Not for heavy chewers!
Theme: Animals, Size: Medium
Didn't hold up well - but realized I didn't read that it was for "light chewers." Otherwise, cute design.

Good for Chewers
Theme: Football, Size: Large
Dogs love it, they been chewing on it and it's like new. Also I put treats inside and they really like that. I have a small pit mix and a puppy shepherd husky mutt. They play tug of war with it and it's holding up really good.

Great inside toy
Theme: Football, Size: Large
Our Rottie loves these! I wanted something like the Jolly Ball but that is soft for inside the house. She's had a lot of fun with this, picking it up, tossing it, playing soccer, etc.

A BIG hit with my BIG dog!
Theme: Football, Size: Large
My Great Dane/Boxer mix LOVES this toy. She is over 100 lbs and very strong. She got a hold of my son's real football last year and after she made the initial holes and deflated it we just let her have it. She completely ripped it to shreds in about 7 months but had such a blast tossing it around and galloping around the yard with it, I knew I had to replace it with something of the same shape but hopefully more durable. This is it! She really adores this. We play catch and tug with it and it seems like it's going to last a really long time. The rubber is flexible but strong. I'll try to get a picture of her with it and load it. I highly recommend this toy. We ordered the Large size, by the way. :-) 2-6-2015 - Update: I am just now ordering a new one. For nearly 4 years, the old one has been kept outside in the rain, sun, snow, and ice. She still loves to grab it, shake it, throw it up in the air and play tug with whenever she's outside. The rubber is just now starting to crack so it's time for a new one.

Holding up very well, favorite
Theme: Football, Size: Large, Theme: Football, Size: Large
A few weeks ago I ordered three dog toys for my dogs. I have a German shepherd, Lab mix and a medium mix. The latter boy is the biggest destroyer in our family, he chewed pieces of a black Kong. I did not really have high hopes for this football shaped toy with holes, but it is holding up beyond my expectations. You can see some teeth marks, but they are not chewing it up (yet?). They love to play tug with this, kick it around by themselves, or lie down with it and chew on it. I like it because it is a soft rubber and doesn't make so much noise when they throw it around on my hard flooring. For the price, they are definitely getting a whole lot of fun out of it. Edit: Now, more than a month later, my dog managed to get a small piece off after a heavy chew session. After that first piece apparently it is easy to get more off, and he wants to swallow it so the ball is in the trash.
