Die von Tim Mälzer in Japan entwickelte Klingenform dient auch bei der Tim Mälzer KAMAGATA Serie als gestalterische Vorlage für ein Office-, Allzweck- Koch-, Brot- sowie Schinkenmesser. Zusätzlich bietet die Serie auch die klassisch europäische Kochmesser- sowie eine Santoku Klingenform. Der Name Kamagata leitet sich aus dem Japanischen ab (auf deutsch: sichelförmig) und unterstreicht die eigentümliche Überwölbung der Tim-Mälzer-Klinge.Die Klingen der Serie sind durchgängig geschmiedet aus 4116 Stahl mit 58 HRC, der durch seine Legierungselemente besonders korrisionsbeständig ist. Das satinierte Finish der Klingen wird durch den schwarzen, ergonomischen Griff aus poliertem POM (Polyoxymethylen - ein Konstruktionswerkstoff, der auch für Feinwerktechnik eingesetzt wird) ergänzt. Seine ovale, symmetrische Form ist für Links- und Rechtshänder geeignet.

Durable, soft, cool. I wash them in warm water and dry on normal heat, so far the material and zipper have held up. They do help your hair and skin. The zipper is a hidden zipper.
